Toledo Mayor Mike Bell signed the agreement Wednesday to keep Owens Corning just a day after Toledo City Council approved the incentives.During a ceremony at the Fortune-500 company??s world head quarters, Mayor Bell signed the agreement that included $7 million in negotitations to keep Owen??s Corning until at least 2030.In exchange, it will preserve more than 1,000 local jobs and add another 50 jobs during the next three years.Owens Corning continues to grow as a market-leading innovator of glass fiber technology.
