Two men convicted of the November robbery-turned-shooting death of a South Toledo gym owner will return to court Tuesday for sentencing.
Devonte Harris and Jason Kuhns both pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of 57-year-old Joseph Lengel. Both men admitted in court to helping plan the robbery of a man they believed had drugs and money. Lengel was not their intended target, according to court documents.
The men face 15 years to life in prison.
Two others convicted for their roles in the murder have already been sentenced to 15 years in prison. Another suspect, Deitrekk Boone, is still on the run.
