Men killed in fiery Wood County crash identified

The identities of two men killed in a fiery Wood County crash Sunday have been released.

Sources tell NBC 24 that 35-year-old Kevin Frasor and 33-year-old Michael McKinney were both killed in the crash on Sugar Creek Road near Scott Road.

The crash occurred around 6:15 p.m. Sunday. Deputies said the car was heading north on Sugar Creek Road when it struck a telephone pole, hit a tree, and then burst into flames.

Both occupants of the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. According to deputies, their bodies were burned beyond recognition.
