Missing girl, kidnapper found dead in Monroe Co.

The bodies were found inside a van parked at a cemetery in Newport, Michigan, just north of Monroe.

A Michigan girl who had gone missing on Wednesday has been found dead in Southeast Michigan.

Authorities in Reed City, Michigan issued an Amber Alert for Taylor Manley, 15, Wednesday afternoon. Just hours later, Michigan State troopers, acting on a lead, found the bodies of Manley and her apparent kidnapper, Raymond Bush, 38, inside a van at St. Charles Cemetery in Newport, just north of Monroe.

Officials say Bush had been convicted on criminal sexual conduct charges, allegedly involving Manley.

Police have not disclosed any further details about the deaths as an investigation in ongoing.
