Monroe Co. teen missing under suspicious circumstances

Hayley Turner was last heard from around 10 p.m. Thursday.

TEMPERANCE, Mich. - Authorities in Monroe County are investigating the possible adbuction of an 18-year-old Bedford Township woman.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Hayley Turner was last heard from around 10 p.m. Thursday. She was on the phone with a friend when she stopped at the intersection of Dean Road and Crabb Road to check on a person lying on the side of the road.

While she was on the phone, Turner told her friend that the unknown male person in the street had a gun and that he was following her.

Within minutes, Turner's vehicle was found idling on Dean Road east of Crabb Road. She was not inside.

Neighbors tell investigators that an unknown vehicle was parked along Dean Road at Crabb Road. They said one of the vehicle's lights was not working.

Turner is described as a white female, 5' tall, and weighing 130 lbs. She has brown eyes and long brown hair that falls just below the shoulders. She was last seen wearing black yoga pants and an orange t-shirt.
