Ohio plans to set limits on who receives food stamps beginning next year.Governor John Kasich's plan will effect more than 130, 000 people across the state.Under the new limits, adults without children will be required to spend at least 20 hours a week working, training for a job, volunteering or some type of similar activity.The requirement actually go into effect in October. However, people who fail to comply to the new standards will lose their benefits starting January 1st.
