Defiance County dispatch tells WNWO the flames have been contained and is "under control."Traffic near Clinton and High Street has been reopened shortly after 7 a.m. Drivers were asked to the avoid the area near downtown Defiance.One person was injured and sent the hospital, but officials have not confirmed the extent of the injuries.
