Ohio AG heads to NW counties to talk crime fighting

Tue, 04 Feb 2014 00:05:51 GMT — Ohio's Attorney General will host several law enforcement roundtables in the western part of the state, on Tuesday. AG Mike DeWine will meet with area law enforcement in Defiance, Paulding, and Marion counties. According to the Attorney General's office, the purpose of the meetings will be to discuss "recent law enforcement initiatives and gather local feedback and concerns". Attorney General DeWine also plans to attend an Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce meeting during his trip. Tuesday's events will begin at the Defiance County Sheriff's Office, followed by a stop at the Paulding County Sheriff's Office and then continues at the Putnam County YMCA for an Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Meeting. The day will wrap up with another law enforcement roundtable at the City of Marion Mayor's Office.
