Ohio Taco Bell customer goes loco over missing 99 cent taco

      Michael Smith

We all know how frustrating it can be when your drive-through food order gets messed up.

But, a man in Huber Heights, Ohio got really angry when workers at a Taco Bell forgot a 99-cent soft taco.

Police say 23-year-old Michael Smith noticed the missing taco as he was driving off. They say he backed up, started yelling at authorities, then rammed his pick up truck into the front of the restaurant and took off

"Oh, we've had all kinds of vehicles into houses and businesses, and it's always been an accident. There's always been an impairment. But usually, people don't run into Taco Bell intentionally just for a missing taco" said Sgt. Chris Kash, Hubert Heights Police Department.

Police were able to follow a trail of fluid from the truck to Smith's house where he admitted everything.

He's facing a felony vandalism charge. No one was hurt.
