Ohio Turnpike in Fulton County back open after vehicle fire

Both westbound lanes of the Ohio Turnpike re-opened just after 7 a.m. following a commercial truck fire on Wednesday.

Around 5:30 a.m., the Ohio State Highway Patrol closed both westbound lanes of the Ohio Turnpike between SR 66 and SR 15.

As the fire was put out, OSHP was able to open one lane of traffic, in an effort to avoid further congestion in the area.

There's no word on if anyone was injured in the vehicle fire.
