OHP says hayride driver drunk at time of October accident

The hayride driver behind the wheel of a tractor that pulled two trailers filled with hay and passengers before an accident was drunk, that's according to toxicology results.
Ohio Highway Patrol investigators say 47-year-old Michael Hermes' blood alcohol level was at least 0.123, well over the legal limit of .08.
Dozens of riders were injured in the October 22 incident in Perkins Township in Sandusky County.
Hermes is facing several criminal charges.
