One arrested in Toledo's latest shooting death, Victims and suspect were together prior

Toledo Police have arrested one suspect in the double shooting that killed Lamine Wilson and injured Kenneth Lee on Friday morning.

Authorities took Danny Kendzierski into custody, just 8 hours after the shooting, at a home on Magyar Street in Toledo.

After being taken to the Safety Building for questioning, Kendzierski was later charged with murder in the case.

Investigators believe that Kendzierski and the two victims were in a car together in the Birmingham neighborhood, of the Eastside, when the shooting happened.

Officials say that's when Kendzierski fled the scene on foot and the two victims drove to a home in the 2100 Block of Woodford to get help.

When emergency officials arrived at the scene, Wilson was taken to St. V's where he would die of his injuries.

Lee was taken to St. Charles for treatment and suffered non-life threatening injuries in the shooting.
