Chrysler has been fined for exposing employees to danger at the automaker's Toledo North Assembly Complex.
Federal workplace safety regulators issued the $38,000 fine on August 30.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration says Chrysler did not assure employees using forklifts kept a clear view of the path of travel.
The plant has been cited twice before for the same violation.
