A semi tractor-trailer overturned in Sylvania Township Tuesday morning, closing the busy roadway for nearly seven hours.
The incident occurred around 9:13 a.m. on the ramp from I-475 westbound to U.S. 23 southbound.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol has not said how the rig overturned, but did say the trailer spilled its load of steel coils onto the roadway.
No other vehicles were involved. The driver of the semi experienced minor injuries.
They busy highway ramp remained closed until around 3:45 p.m. as crews worked to clear debris and troopers investigated the incident.
