Fostoria Police are asking for the public's help locating a "person of interest" following a deadly burglary at a Seneca County home.
Authorities say 17-year-old Garrett Brown should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
Brown's picture was released following the murder of 20-year-old Janelle Mauricio and assault of 19-year-old Caleb Barto on Wednesday night.
Investigators believe that Brown may have also had an accomplice, but the identity of that suspect has not been released.
The incident started with a burglary at 218 E. Culbertson Street in Fostoria just before midnight on May 21.
Officials say Mauricio and Barto were both injured in the burglary and the 20-year-old later died at a local hospital.
"At this point, (Brown is) considered an armed and dangerous individual," said Fostoria Police Chief Keith Loreno. "It does not appear at this point to be something that's a random act, so obviously, people need to be secure in their homes."
Chief Loreno is urging anyone with information on the case or whereabouts of Brown to call 419-435-8573.
