PHOTOS: Gun toting bank robber caught on camera

Investigators believe this is the suspect's dark colored getaway vehicle.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office and FBI need your help to identify a bank robber.

The suspect robbed the Education Plus Credit Union in Lambertville, at 3558 Sterns Road, on Wednesday afternoon.

After walking into the branch, around 3:30 PM, the suspect pointed a black semi-automatic pistol at the bank tellers.

Surveillance video shows he demanded money from the employees and then put the stolen cash into a duffel bag.

The suspect was able to flee the scene using a vehicle. Authorities have released a photo of the dark-colored car that investigators say was a Chevy Malibu or Impala.

The gunman wore a hat during the heist, but surveillance camera shows a visible look at his face.

Officials believe he's a white, in his mid to late 20s, has a medium build and is around 5-foot-11.

The suspect also had blonde scruffy facial hair at the time of the robbery.
