Pit bull rescued by WNWO anchor is ready for adoption

Lula Belle is ready to be adopted

"She is just like any other adoptable dog," said Lucas County chief dog warden, Julie Lyle.

The pit bull, named Lula Belle, was rescued off the streets on Monday, October 15th by WNWO anchor Angi Gonzalez.

Lula Belle went up for adoption yesterday, having passed her health and behavior screenings, and is available to be seen by families.

Lyle said, "she will stay up for adoption until she finds a home."

Anyone interested in adopting Lula Bella, contact the Lucas County Dog Warden at (419) 213-2800.
