Police caught murder suspect in Indiana

U.S. Marshals arrested Harris in Indianapolis Thursday morning.

Authorities arrested a man involved in a fatal shooting in north Toledo.

40-year-old Patrick Harris faces charges of homicide and aggravated assault. The shooting happened March 11, 2013 in the block of 2800 North Summit. Authorities said the male victim had been shot in the head.

U.S. Marshals found Harris in Indianapolis Thursday morning. Officails said police arrested him when Harris answered the door.

Harris is being held at the Marion County jail. Toledo Police Department said Harrison will be extradited in the next 10 days.
