The mother of missing Elaina Steinfurth returned to jail Wednesday after being denied supervised bond.
A pre-trial date was scheduled for Wednesday, July 24 in the case against Angela Steinfurth.
A judge denied the bond of $100,000 (no ten percent) in court Wednesday.
A Lucas County Grand Jury indicted Angela Steinfurth on a charge of obstruction of justice Monday afternoon in connection with the disappearance of her daughter, Elaina, who has been missing for more than three weeks.
If convicted on the obstruction of justice charge, Steinfurth could face a sentence from one-to-five years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
