Roads were blocked off after a reported leak at an Oregon refinery before noon Tuesday.
Oregon Fire dispatch said crews were sent out to the scene around 11:18 a.m. at the BP Toledo Refinery. Authorities have not said what kind of leak or chemical release.
Dispatch said Hazardous Materials Management crews have not been called as of this time.
Officials have shut down roads at the intersection of Otter Creek and Cedar Point Road. Roads have also been closed at Bay Shore Road and Alabama Street near the Waste Water Treatment facility.
