Building inspectors were called out to a vacant building after parts of its roof collapsed Wednesday.
Inspectors are checking for possible other collapses to the building as a precautionary to the nearby residents.
Toledo Police said the east side of the roof collapsed from a house in the 1400-block of Indiana Avenue. Bricks had fallen onto the sidewalk and into the street near Indiana and Junction.
Officials set up barricades around the perimeter of the area. Toledo Edison and Columbia Gas Company crews cut off the power and gas to the building.
Officials said no injuries were reported.
