Seafood offers greater benefits than taste
You may or may not know that October is National Seafood Month, and keeping with that thinking, the National Seafood Partnership wants you to try something different in an attempt to benefit your health. Incorporating seafood to your weekly diet.
Mike Brice of the National Seafood Partnership stopped by our studios to explain the important role seafood can play on the body. He also announced several local restaurants participating on this nationwide movement by offering healthy dishes.
