Vegetable Spinach Salad with Red Wine herb Vinaigrette Topped with Grilled Salmon
1/4 Cup Each
3oz. Fresh Baby Spinach
1oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1oz. Red Wine Vinegar
5oz. Salmon Filet
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together fresh herbs, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Toss vegetables and spinach in vinaigrette mixture and set aside.
- Salt and pepper salmon to taste and grill to desired temperature.
- Place on top of salad and serve.
