      Simple Salmon Salad Recipe

      Vegetable Spinach Salad with Red Wine herb Vinaigrette Topped with Grilled Salmon

      1/4 Cup Each

      Asparagus

      Red Pepper

      Black Olives

      3oz. Fresh Baby Spinach

      1Tbs. Each

      Fresh Basil

      Fresh Parsley

      Fresh Rosemary

      1oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

      1oz. Red Wine Vinegar

      5oz. Salmon Filet

      1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together fresh herbs, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
      2. Toss vegetables and spinach in vinaigrette mixture and set aside.
      3. Salt and pepper salmon to taste and grill to desired temperature.
      4. Place on top of salad and serve.
