A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through 1pm.
The snow will continue to wrap up as the system moves on to make a mess along the East Coast. We'll see little additional accumulation and now turn our attention to the bitter cold.
If there is any good news it's that we will NOT be seeing the second wave of this storm - it will stay south and spare us of the Monday morning mess!
Another BLAST of ARCTIC air is on the way in and today will be breezy and cold as highs top out in the teens.
The cold air will continue streaming in. By Tuesday morning it looks like we'll dip below zero again. If that indeed happens we will be getting close to setting another RECORD for this winter that won't end. If we do get sub-zero Tuesday morning that would mark the 22nd day we've done so this winter season - the record is 23 days. WOW!
We will see chances of light snow late Tuesday and again Thursday before some milder temps into Fri/Sat in advance of another more potent Winter Storm next weekend with more cold behind that.
Hang in there Troopers!
