Spring snow will add up in parts of Northwest Ohio as a powerful storm system moves through the Ohio Valley today.
The heaviest accumulations of snow will be found south of a line from Defiance to BG to Tiffin. There, the snow will get deep south of Findlay where more than 6 inches of snow will accumulate. The snow will be widespread throughout the morning and begin to taper off this afternoon. It will be windy throughout the day with gusts from the northeast to 30 ph and highs in the mid and upper 30s.
Overnight will be windy and cool with a few scattered flurries and lows in the upper 20s. Tuesday offers more wind and mostly cloudy skies with cool highs near 40 degrees, more than 10 degrees below seasonal highs. Sunshine will finally return Wednesday and beyond as spring finally begins to arrive to the region! Skies will be partly cloudy with highs in the low and mid 40s Wednesday afternoon.
More sunshine is due for the remainder of the work week and right into the holiday weekend. High temps by Easter Sunday will finally get to where they should be - INTO THE 50s! Can I get a: Hallelujah!
