A court hearing is set for Monday for a soldier who allegedly stabbed and strangled two men in a mobile home in Raisin Township.
A Lenawee County judge will decide whether thereâ??s enough evidence to send 31-year-old Brian Gogue to trial. Gogue faces charges of murder and attempted murder.
Joel Krutsch of Adrian was found dead Oct. 5 at a mobile home that belonged to his friend, Scott Fernandez, 18, who had stab wounds to his neck, face, and shoulder. The suspect and victim along with several other friends had been temporarily staying at Fernandezâ??s mobile home.
Fernandez said the suspect knocked on his door one Saturday morning and said he â??needed helpâ?? with Krutsch.
That's when Fernandez found him strangled to death in the bathroom, and then felt a cord wrap around his neck.

Fernandez told WNWO Gogue and his wife were going through a divorce, and the suspect exacted revenge.
