Feeling like spring Friday and Sunday, but Saturday may have different plans!
Clouds, strong winds and mild temps in store Friday as we get a nice little visit of seasonal warmth. Skies will be mostly cloudy, winds will turn to the west and blow up to 30mph in the afternoon as temps remain nearly steady - in the upper 40's.
Overnight clouds and cooler air stream in with temps falling into the upper 20's by daybreak Saturday. We'll stay cool, in the 30's, all day. Right now our computer models are suggesting a very healthy blast of snow develops during the mid-afternoon hours and continue into early evening. These big, wet flakes may come down at a rapid enough clip to cause some accumulations - mainly on grassy areas. The snow could add up to a couple of inches - if you can believe that, before the storm moves to the east.
VIEW: Latest weather forecast
If we do see the snow it will melt quickly Sunday as we become mostly sunny with highs gettng into the upper 40's and lower 50's on the "pick of the weekend" afternoon.
We'll see more sunshine Monday with partly cloudy skies and high temps going above normal for a change - near 60 degrees.
Let's just ignore Saturday and look forward to the tastes of spring that lie ahead.
