A warm and humid day with temps climbing into the low and mid 80's Thursday afternoon and "feels-like" temps warmer than that.
Along with the heat and humidity we'll see a few spotty showers Thursday morning and some isolated storms brew in the afternoon. Thursday will not be a washout - pick your spots to do what you'd like to outside.
Overnight a cold front slides through the region with some clouds and scattered, light showers. Lows fall into the lower 60's.
Behind that cold front comes a dry airmass and the Comfort Index will be off the charts by Friday afternoon as skies will become mostly sunny. With low humidity highs will be much cooler - in the low and mid 70's.
The weekend looks great with sunny skies Saturday and highs in the upper 70's. We get warm on Father's Day... skies will be partly cloudy with highs in the mid 80's.
Next week will be hot and humid - mid & upper 80's. The heat and humidity will be enough to spark afternoon and evening showers and storms of the pop-up variety... steamy indeed!
