The ex-boyfriend of baby Elainaâ??s mother is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing Tuesday morning.
Steven King has been behind bars for several months on charges of obstruction of justice in the case of baby Elaina Steinfurth, whose remains were recovered in his motherâ??s east Toledo garage in September.
King along with Elaina's mother, Angela Steinfurth, were the last two people seen before Elaina was reported missing in June.
A breakthrough in the east Toledo toddler's investigation happened earlier in September, when King tipped investigators off to the location of Elaina's body according to his mother who told WNWO.

Toledo Police executed a warrant that same day to search the detached garage at 704 Federal St., where they found a box containing "immature human skeletal remains." It was later identified as those of baby Elaina.
Elaina's family and friends said their final goodbyes in late September.
The judge set the King's trial date for Nov. 4, but the date is subject to change.
Angela's court date has been pushed back until Nov. 20.
Charges have not been filed for Elaina's death as of this time.
