Student arrested for alleged threats made at Bellevue High School

Wed, 30 Apr 2014 13:20:26 GMT — BELLEVUE - Police are investigating an alleged school threat made by a Bellevue High School student.Officials had taken a 16-year-old student into custody on Tuesday. Two students notified staff after hearing the teen reference the school with "explosive devices and other dangerous articles."Authorities said there was no specific details of the threat and the student body was safe and secure.A search warrant was executed to search the suspect's home. No explosives or materials used to make explosives were found, but officials took a laptop and the student's cell phone as evidence. The items have been sent to the crime lab for examination.
