Convicted nun killer Father Gerald Robinson has won a court victory but not in his fight to overturn his murder conviction.
The Ohio Supreme court will not hear the appeal of a woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by Robinson and other priests in satanic rituals.
The woman filed a lawsuit saying the abuse began in the late sixties when she was a child. Lower courts ruled her 2005 lawsuit was too late. The state's highest court declined without comment to review the case.
Robinson is serving 15 years to life in prison for the 1980 killing of Sister Margaret Ann Pahl.
