Two men have admitted to their roles in the murder of a Waterville businessman.

James Y. Allen and Philip Allen Jr. pleaded guilty to complicity to the aggravated murder of James Safadi.

As part of the plea deal, aggravate murder, burglary, and robbery charges were dropped.

The two men took part in a robbery at Safadi's Waterville home in May 2013, where Safadi was shot and killed.

Two other defendants have already taken plea deals. Ronald Rooker and Adam Jovan Anderson entered guilty pleas to involuntary manslaughter.

As part of their deal, they will now have to testify against their co-defendants.
