An Ottawa teen who told police where to find the bodies of two missing brothers has been charged with murder.
The Putnam County Prosecutor's Office filed the two count complaint Friday charging Michael A. Fay, 17, with aggravated murder in the deaths of 14-year-old Blaine Romes and 17-year-old Blake Romes.
Prosecutors have also filed a motion to try Fay as an adult in the Putnam County Common Pleas Court.
The brothers' mother called 911 to report her sons missing on May 9 after finding a gun and blood in their home. A statewide Amber Alert was issued that morning for both of the brothers and Fay.
Police found Fay later that afternoon and brought him in for questioning, where he disclosed the locations of the boys' bodies.
