Police say the 16-year-old wanted for a central Toledo homicide turned himself in at 5 p.m. on Tuesday--the same day authorities released a warrant for his arrest.
Davion Wilson was booked at the Juvenile Justice Center. He is charged with the murder of 17-year-old Deadrick Rocker.
Late on the night of Dec. 30, Wilson shot Rocker and another victim at the intersection of Tecumseh and Hoag.
A nearby motorist saw the two victims lying in the street and called 911. Rocker died shortly after arriving at St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center. The name and condition of the other victim was not released.
