For the second morning in a row we set a record low temperature at Toledo Express Airport as we dropped to 30 degrees this morning. Unusual cold for sure.
In spite of plenty of sunshine today the chill sticks with us due to breezes out of the northwest. Under partly cloudy skies we'll see highs top out in the mid and upper 50's.
It won't be quite as cold overnight as we begin a nice warm-up. Skies will be partly cloudy overnight with lows in the lower 40's. We get back to normal on Tuesday with partly sunny skies and highs near 70 degrees.
We get warm on Wednesday with highs getting close to 80 degrees - but will introduce the chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms as a nearly stationary boundry moves into the region. That front will hang around into the end of the work week, as will the chances of scattered showers and storms.
