A Toledo man is going to prison for 13 years for shooting a north side store owner back in December.
19-year-old Eric Thompson was convicted last month of trying to kill Mike Abaza during a hold up at the Out Food Market on East Streicher. Thompson received the maximum sentence.
Abaza has recovered.
Thompson's alleged accomplice, Nathaniel Lee goes on trial on Monday.
