Toledo Christian School has been given an all clear after being placed under lockdown Thursday morning, according to Toledo Police.
Police were called at 8:21 a.m. on a report of a person with a gun at the school.
All entrances to 2303 Brookford Drive were blocked off as police investigated the alleged incident.
Toledo Police say the person with the gun was an off-duty police officer who was carrying a holstered gun while dropping his child off at the school. The officer is no longer at the school.
Leaders at the school said the lockdown was lifted shortly after 9 a.m. All students are safe.
No other details have been given at this time.
