A Toledo couple found guilty of endangering four children appeared in Toledo Municipal Court Monday morning to learn how they'd be punished.
Kimberly and James Jenkins were given the opportunity to show the court what improvements they've made to their Kinsgbury Avenue home. In June, the couple was found guilty of child endangerment after their four daughters were found living in "unsanitary conditions" inside the house.
The girls were removed from the home and placed in the care of a family member.
The couple was given the opportunity to bring photos of any improvements they have made to the living conditions inside their home. A judge delayed sentencing until July 31, giving the couple more time to make improvements.
