Toledo, Findlay massage parlors investigated for prostitution, human trafficking

he FBI is investigating two northwest Ohio massage parlors for illegal sex activity.

An affidavit for a search warrant, filed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, said parlors in Toledo and Findlay were raided Wednesday. Investigators stated they found evidence of prostitution and human trafficking at the locations. A third parlor was raided in Cleveland as part of the same investigation.

According to the FBI, Top Relax Massage, 1855 S. Reynolds Rd. in Toledo, along with Top Relax Massage, 855 Tiffin Ave. in Findlay, are being run by an "Asian Organized Crime Enterprise." The ring is run by Yawen Xing, aka Nancy, who federal agents describe as a leader in prostitution and human trafficking business in northern Ohio.

Details of an undercover investigation at the three locations include male customers being touched in a sexual manner by female Asian employees.

Wednesday's raids uncovered employment records, visa, passports, and any contraband relating to prostitution acts.

No charges have been filed in the case and the businesses remain open.
