Toledo fugitives make Dangerous Dozen list

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive released its July list of the most wanted fugitives.

Five fugitives were added to the list; two of them are Toledo men.

Officials have a warrant out for the arrest of 22-year-old Marlon Powell who faces involuntary manslaughter charges in which he allegedly started a fatal gang fight in March.

Thomas Swert is wanted on
two robbery warrants
. Police said he walked into a Fifth Third Bank at 3428 Glendale Avenue. A short time later, he entered the Rite Aid at 2430 Glendale. At both locations, Swert demanded money but was turned away without cash.

Police allege Dreshawn Pinkey, of Lorain, Ohio, lured a young girl into a closet and raped her. Officials believe he is hiding in the Cleveland-area.

Ronald Carter, of Canton, Ohio, allegedly shot another man after a verbal dispute, according to authorities. He faces charges of felonious assault and having weapons under disability.

Perez Worley, of Cleveland, allegedly killed a witness who had information in connection to another homicide Worley had previously been charged and released on appeal.
