      Toledo man charged in beating death of roommate held on $1M bond

      he man accused of beating his roommate to death then dumping his body on a set of railroad tracks in South Toledo is being held on $1 million bond.



      34-year-old Lecorius Reynolds is being held in the Lucas County Jail on a charge of murder in the death of 51-year-old Roy Roberts.



      Police say Reynolds beat Roberts to death at the home they shared, 129 Dale Street, then placed his naked body on a set of train tracks at Airline Avenue and Gibbons Street Friday night.



      Roberts' body was discovered by train workers after being run over around 9 p.m.



      No motive has been given.
