Toledo Police investigate pair of Tuesday shootings

Police respond to a 2nd shooting in Toledo on Tuesday.

Toledo Police are investigating two shootings that broke out in different regions of the Glass City.

One of the shootings happened just before 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Buckingham.

Officers were dispatched to the scene after a caller reported his brother had been shot.

Investigators could not offer much more information to our WNWO reporter at the scene.

Earlier in the evening, around 7 p.m., another man was shot in the leg in the 2600 block of Glenwood.

The victim told police that he was shot after a verbal interaction with the suspect.

The gunman was described as driving in a black SUV, possibly a Suburban.

That victim, in the Glenwood shooting, was taken to a local hospital and did not suffer any life threatening injuries.
