Toledo Police release Collingwood stabbing 911 calls

The Toledo Police Department provided NBC 24 News with the 911 calls that were made last Saturday evening from people who came upon 59-year-old Anthony Leno as the Collingwood Prebyterian Church custodian lay bleeding on the ground after being stabbed by a man who had approached him asking for directions.

"Yes a guy has been stabbed several times in the stomach here on the corner of Collingwood and Floyd; he is bleeding profusely," the 911 caller says.

A medical dispatcher asks the caller if Leno is conscious and the caller responds "yes he is talking to me but the blood is pouring out."

Toledo Police have confirmed that the man who stabbed Leno is the same man accused of stabbing up to 20 men in Michigan and Virginia. Five of the stabbing victims in Flint died from their injuries.
