Toledo Police asks for the public's help identifying a man wanted for several offenses, including domestic violence and child endangering.
23-year-old Antonio McNeal is wanted for robbery, burglary, domestic violence, assault, endangering children, obstructing officials business, and eight traffic offenses.
In March 2012, McNeal encountered his ex-girlfriend driving in her car. He used his car to block her in. When she was able to escape, he pulled out a gun and opened fire on her car, hitting it four times.
He was captured by U.S. Marshals in April 2012, but since released.
McNeal is described as a black male, 5'4" tall, and weighing about 125 lbs. Police say he has matching AK-47 assault rifle tattoos on each of his forearms. He also has the word "get" tattooed on his right forearm and "money" on his left forearm.
