The murder and rape of a Toledo teen, 13 years ago, remains a cold case but state officials hope a renewed focus on the crime will help bring in new leads.
Back in 2000, authorities released a composite sketch of a man that they believe raped and murdered 19-year-old Chrishana Logan.
Now, as part of the Ohio Attorney General's Unsolved Homicides Initiative, officials are asking Ohioans to take another look at the suspect's face.
More than a decade after Logan's body was found inside her Robinwood Avenue apartment, authorities are convinced her killer is still at large.
Using his DNA, they've already confirmed he was also behind the rapes of another two teen girls that the same year.
Investigators say that, today, the attacker would be in his 40s or 50s.
He is described as a bald African American male with a light to medium complexion.
At the time of the attack he had a mustache, a large stomach, and was not circumcised.
He also had scars or blotching on his cheeks.
If you know who he is you're asked to call Toledo Police at 419-255-1111.
