Toledo strip club owner, 2 dancers charged in state sex sting

A Toledo strip club owner and two dancers are facing numerous charges stemming from a state investigation into rumors of prostitution and drug use at the club.

Agents with the Ohio Investigative Unit filed 21 counts of nudity; 15 counts of solicitation; 13 counts of engaging in sexual activity; and three counts each of public indecency, drug possession and drug sales against Platinum Kisses and the three employees in Toledo Municipal Court on Friday.

The owner, 43-year-old Younes Dia of Perrysburg, is charged with 24 counts each of illegally operating a sexually oriented business. According to court documents, agents witnessed Dia's employees dancing on stage topless and performing sexual acts on each other in 2012.

Jamie Lynn Russell, 36, of Toledo was charged with four counts of illegal sexually oriented activity and three counts of drug trafficking for selling Oxycodone tablets to an agent, according to court documents.

Whitney B. Wright, 38, of Toledo was charged with one count of illegal sexually oriented activity for performing semi-nude in front of an agent.
