Toledo's Jeep plant will be adding new job positions in the near future, but the company is not accepting applications.
Chrysler LLC spokesperson Jodi Tinson told WNWO, on Monday, that up to 1,000 part-time positions will be added in total.
Tinson said the new workers will keep production rolling, while giving regular employees their allotted time off.
"They've been working lots of overtime and this will cover regular workers' vacation time," Tinson said.
Several hundred part-time employees have already been added to the roster at the Toledo plant, according to the Toledo Blade.
Those who would like to submit applications for future openings can always visit Chrysler's website.
