      Tony Packo's grandson indicted on charges he stole from restaurant chain

      The executive vice president of Tony Packo's and the company's controller are facing theft charges.

      Tony Packo, III and Cathleen Dooley were indicted Wednesday on three counts each of aggravated theft.

      The pair is accused of stealing more than $100,000 from the famous restaurant. The alleged thefts occured between January 2006 and February 2010.

      The indictments come as the Packo's restaurant chain is being sold to a restaurant management firm.

      The lucas county prosecutor says the indictments stem from a year long investigation.
