A man charged with killing a young woman with learning disabilities won't meet his day in court for another few months.
Elhadi Robbins is charged with two alternate counts of murder for the death of 21-year-old Cindy Sumner in 2009. A Lucas County Pleas Court judge delayed the trial at a hearing on Monday.
The new trial date is set for April 23.
Sumner's body was found in an empty warehouse on Elm Street six weeks after she was reported missing. If convicted, Robbins faces life in prison.
