Want work? Toledo casino looking for more than a few good dealers

We're willing to bet your chances at landing a job in the Toledo-area just got a little better.

Hollywood Casino Toledo is now accepting applications for new dealers at the $300 million complex. Applicants must be at least 21 years, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a drug test and background check. Dealers job will carry varying hours.

Five-week training for new dealers will begin in late October at Owens Community College.

The casino, which is being built along the Maumee River in Rossford just off I-75, says interested candidates can apply online at their website.

When construction is complete in the first half of 2012, the casino is expected to have about 2,000 slot machines, more than 50 table games and a poker room along with several restaurants.
